Episode 1

When little Ava is found in a forest near her mother's dead body, Victoria gets emotionally involved in the case. She also has a major run-in with a superior officer, Jan Devold.

Helge Nielsen, a politician mired in scandal, dies on the comeback trail. Devold forces Victoria to take on this political bombshell of a case.

In the present, during a serious influenza pandemic, Victoria is hailed as a hero when she stops an illegal shipment of vital drugs leaving Norway. But it's an act that has terrifying consequences.
